Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of Neev, provided by ByteFlow Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, the firm that signs up (“the customer”) and its users agree to them.

The service

Neev is online software for recording and managing the projects, purchases, stores, measurements, bills and payments of a contracting business. It is a record-keeping and working tool. It does not give legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not replace the customer's own checks before submitting a bill, paying a vendor or filing a return.

Accounts and users

• The person who signs up is the owner of the customer account and can add or remove users and set their roles.
• Each user signs in with their own mobile number. Sign-in details must not be shared.
• The customer is responsible for what its users enter and do in the account, and for removing access when someone leaves.

Trial and plans

• New accounts get a 30-day trial with every module included.
• After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep adding entries. Without one, the account becomes read-only; data is not deleted.
• Plan prices are listed on our website and in the application (Introductory pricing, excl. GST). GST is charged as applicable.
• Plans are activated after payment is confirmed. If a paid period lapses, the account becomes read-only until it is renewed.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice to account owners. Amounts already paid are not changed.

Your data

The business data the customer enters belongs to the customer. We use it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our privacy policy. The customer can ask for an export of its data at any time while the account is open, and for up to 90 days after it is closed.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access another firm's account, test the security of the service without our written permission, or disrupt it for others.
• Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or files you have no right to share.
• Do not resell the service or copy it.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk, and will tell the owner why.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service running and secure, and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance or because of a failure at a provider we depend on. Support is provided by email, phone and WhatsApp during business hours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost contracts or penalties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the customer paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

The customer can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close the account. We may end the service for an account with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms. In both cases the customer can export its data as described above.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any disagreement by talking to each other in good faith.
