The problem

What breaks on a government work today

Six things we hear from every contractor running more than one site — and what Neev does about each.

1

The same vendor is typed four different ways

One vendor master with GSTIN checksum and duplicate detection. “Shree Ganesh Steel” and “SHREE GANESH STEELS” are caught before they become two ledgers.

2

Bills and challans never reach the site office

Every delivery is logged against its PO with the challan photo. Receipts where the bill is still awaited stay on a list until the paper arrives.

3

Progress is typed by hand into a spreadsheet

Physical progress is calculated from measurements against BOQ items at contract rates, and plotted against plan automatically.

4

No record of hindrances when the EOT is needed

A hindrance register with dates, letter references and site photos, kept as it happens — ready evidence for the extension of time.

5

RA-bill deductions worked out on paper

Measurement book to RA bill with previous, this-bill and up-to-date quantities, and every deduction — SD, income tax, GST TDS, labour cess — itemised.

6

Nobody knows the cash position of a project

Received from the department, paid to vendors, labour and site expenses, side by side for every project — and for the firm as a whole.

Modules

The whole money loop of a contract, connected

Tender → BOQ → indent → quotes → PO → receipt → stock → measurement → RA bill → receipt from the department → vendor payment.

BOQ & tender %

Import the BOQ from Excel. Contract rates follow the tender percentage above or below SOR.

Indent → quote → PO

Site raises an indent, purchase compares quotes, the PO goes for approval above your limit.

GRN with photos & GPS

Receive against the PO on a phone: quantities, short supply, rejections, challan photo and location.

Site stores & reconciliation

Stock per site, issues to activities, transfers — and cement and steel consumed versus BOQ norms.

Measurement book → RA bill

Record measurements, check them, and roll them into a printable RA bill with all deductions.

Payables & receivables

Vendor bills matched to PO and GRN, payments, debit notes, ageing — and what each department owes you.

DPR & hindrance register

Daily reports from site with manpower and machinery, and a dated hindrance log for EOT claims.

Labour & equipment

Attendance by contractor, sub-work orders, advances, equipment hours and diesel.

Documents & letters

Agreement, drawings, BG copies and the in/out letter register, filed by project.

Owner cockpit

Every project, every rupee and everything waiting for a decision, on one screen.

Built for the field

Made for the site, not only the office

The numbers are only as good as the entries from site. So the site screens are made for a phone, a dusty hand and a weak signal.

Works on the phones your site team already has

Large touch targets, single-column forms and a bottom menu. Install it to the home screen like an app.

Photo and GPS proof

Receipts, measurements, daily reports and expenses carry site photos with GPS and time, so a dispute is settled with evidence, not memory.

Daily reports without signal

Daily report drafts stay on the phone when the network drops, so a weak signal at site does not cost the day's entry.

Send a PO to a vendor or a report to the owner as a WhatsApp message in one tap — no copy and paste.

How it works

Set up in a day

No installation and no server to buy. You need a browser and your agreement papers.

  1. 1

Set up your firm and projects

Create the company account, add each work from its agreement — contract value, tender %, dates, guarantees — and import the BOQ from Excel.

  2. 2

    Invite your team

Add site engineers, store keepers, purchase and accounts by mobile number. Each role sees only what it needs, and only the projects you assign.

  3. 3

Run the work in one place

Site enters indents, receipts and daily reports; the office handles POs, bills, RA bills and payments. The cockpit shows where every project stands.

FAQ

Questions contractors ask us

Is our data safe?

Your data is stored on servers in India operated by ByteFlow Technologies Pvt Ltd. All connections are encrypted, vendor bank account numbers are encrypted in the database, and every create, edit and approval is recorded in an activity log with the person's name and time.

Can another company see our projects or rates?

No. Every record carries your company's account, and every screen and report is filtered by it on the server. Inside your company you decide who sees what: roles control the actions, and project assignment limits a person to their own sites.

Can we take our data out?

Yes, the data belongs to you. POs, GRNs and RA bills can be printed or saved as PDF at any time, and on request we provide a complete export of your company's records in Excel or CSV format.

Does it work in Hindi?

The interface is in English today and a full Hindi interface is in development. You can type descriptions, remarks and names in Hindi anywhere, and printed documents show exactly what you enter.

What happens when there is no network at site?

Daily report drafts are kept on the phone and can be submitted once the signal returns. Other entries — receipts, indents, measurements — need a connection so that everyone works from the same numbers.

Who helps us get started?

Support comes directly from the ByteFlow Technologies Pvt Ltd team by phone, WhatsApp and email. During the trial we help you set up your first project and import your BOQ.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. If you do not choose a plan, the account becomes read-only: you can still see and print everything, but cannot add new entries until a plan is activated.
